06 RXP Exhaust manifold drillout pictures

I drilled my 06 Exhaust manifold today at my work, it came out pretty good, started with a 1/4" bit then a 5/8" bit on the drill press, took a round file to open it up a bit and some tap fluid and presto it was done, no water jacket hit,
I was so pumped I came home a put it on, then realized I should take some pictures,
Also see pictures of my new UMI handlebar set up,

Taking off the manifold was the hardest part, once I had the seat cowling off, I noticed it is easier to get to the bottom bolts with the J pipe and muffler out, taking off the manifold water line,
Using a 8mm deep socket and a 1/4" drive mini breaker bar with no ratchet, I broke the bolts loose all the way around,
then went back with a 1/4" drive socket wrench and a regular 8mm and a short extension and took the bottom bolts out first, then the top, and it popped off,
took the front intercooler hose off and then it was ready to come out,
Put the manifold on the work bench and I made a mark with a center punch where I though was center was where it was not to close to the water elbow,
Put everything on the drill press, 1/4" drill bit,
lined everything up, and drilled away,
Everything looked centered, I could only find a 5/8" bit so, finished it off with that and it looked good,

The 18mm tap came in a set of 3, I used the taper one first with some tapping oil, and went slow,
It looked a little crooked, backed it out and went back in straight and then went all the way down,
No water jacket hit, took the bottoming tap and went down with that one, cleaned it all up, filled down the top to make it perfectly flat so the washer will seat, and inspected the threads with a magnifying glass and it looked good,
Put it back in tonight and after I put on the external intercooler I will put the sensor in,
