    Start button or solenoid issue?

My 06 RXP sometimes wont start when button is pushed. it will click, and if repressed a couple times, starts up. Battery is fully charged. Anybody else have this issue?

It seems like you have to push the button just right sometimes to me. You may still have a problem but thats my experience.

On auto, that is a good sign of the starter going out or the battery is bad. Yes, the battery could be bad even if you are getting 12-13 volts, you will need to have a load test done on the battery.

My VTS switch was working off and on, then sometimes by itself. I replaced switch and problem was gone.

I know none of that has any relation to your problem, my question did you try the switch?

I was thinking of taking it apart and checking it. If it gets worse I will.

To replace the switch wasn't expensive, less than $50.00. I know $50.00 isn't cheap for a switch but it sure is better than a rig job that stops working when your nine miles from anywhere.
