    Carb / Intake brace for a 787

Adding Proks to a 96 GTX and it was recommended to use a brace on the top of the carbs to stop the intake breaking.

Anyone have one or know where to get one ?

I think Proks are light enough that you don't need a brace. I've got Proks on my 97 XP and they've been fine without. I've even got the carbs set up 3/4" higher on spacers. The heavier aftermarket arrestors like R&D or K&N need a brace.
