new 1300r owner, thoughts on winterizing it

IMO I should not have to fog the cyliners since it's a 2 stroke which already has a coating of oil on the cylinders correct?

also I tilted the ski and started it and rev it a few times to get all the water I could out. Do I need to run antifreeze through it or no? and if so do I just put it in where the quick connect flush is under the seat? and run it through it there?

    thanks so much

yes you do have to fog it.

And for the little bit extra I would run RV antifreeze through the system.

There's no such thing as doing too much preventive maintenance... All it takes is a little moisture in the crank case to wreak havoc on your crank bearings.

Give everything a nice spray coating of a rust or corrosion inhibitor. Motor, pump, intake, exc.
