Cleaning Salt Spray from X Charger Wheel
I took my X charger out today to check the slip, and I noticed it had some salt build up in the intake and by the blades,
Any suggestions on what to use to clean all the residue off from the salt spray?
Should I take the cover off and clean the inside as well?
I was thinking of using some non clorinated brake cleaner and a soft rag,
I might have to re-think the rear air, if it is getting that much salt spay in there,
I never ride in the surf, just around the bayou, and I race in fresh water only,
What about spraying Carb cleaner in it when it is bolted on after a salty ride?

I have it pulled for now and I will not fire it up again for a while,
I just pulled the stock intercooler and put the block off in,
I am making my own aluminum exhaust piece to take the place of the resonator, once I put that all back together I don't want to take that all apart again, what a PITA, so virtually maintenance free, no rust aluminum,
The RRFPR is next, then the inovate AFR gauge, and the EX IC and presto all done,
I just didn't want to screw anything up by taking apart my front SC cover and cleaning the fins and intake hole,

Fill the intake side with warm soapy water and most of it will dissolve but need to give a bit of help with a scrub down ....Dry out and spray with BRP lube ...
