Arrow 780 build is needing help

i am in need of a good machine shop in the dfw area im in lewisville north of dfw but i got a 93 polaris 750 that i'm going to build a 780 for and i got 3 domes and 1 is reuse able and 2 need to be re cut and machine they have dimples looks like it was running to rich lots of carbon on the domes but i need 2 domes re cut and shaved to give me higher compression give it a little more power. on the other hand
does any one know some one in the area that does body work and paint i was thinking about the bottom to be black and the top to be kawasaki green with every thing in black and some graphics thats about it then shoot a clear coat on top of the graphics- just to protect everything-fyi not looking to pay more then 500 bucks dont want some pro to paint it if u think u can do it in your back yard and u got all the gear then lets talk i got a small air compressor we can run down to harbor freight to get a gun but on the other hand if you dont got a gun how do i know that u can really paint?
also when building this 780 hot rod what can i do to give it a little more power under the seat beside shaving the heads to raise the compression. note the crank case is already built and together.
parts that i still need but at the moment in time i'm kinda broke so my wish list
-fuel tank for the 93 750 polaris.
-780 jet pump compleat would be nice
    -fuel pump bracket
the 93-sl750 is the base model no trim or anything no speed or fuel gauge how do i go back and add thoes things i got the hole for the trim and thats in there ready to go just need to know how to wire the fuel n trim up to make them work right. im in lewisville so if any one knows how to do this and would like to trade some work out or barter or just want the cash up front to help me wire this that would be great i'm a auto mechanic and wiring is not my strong point

thank you for your time and input on these many subjects

    If your ski didn't come with trim or a fuel gauge, it's not a 750. It's a 650.

Save your money I have in the Houston area a Polaris Pro 785 1997 semi stock that GPS at 61.5mph it comes with a tandem trailer and all for $1250.00
You will spend more that that to try and get your ski up to speed,

i dont got the cash and i;m just learning and i heard the 785 are not cheap to rebuild the pistons and jugs are pretty high them self

it is a 750 hull i got with a 780 motor and base computer it dont have the hook ups for the trim or fuel gauge.
i guess i have to many projects going on i'll get the motor built and the ski painted then worry about wire problems.
