Thanks I know they are. I have a twin engine boat and the bay is already tight so for space so I want to use the crapper 215 intercoolers.

The 185 manifolds can be opened to use 215 intercoolers.I have done a couple here and they work perfect!

I use the RIVA tool!(the red holesaw that comes in the RIVA intake manifold kit)After that you remove the filter from the manifold and then you have to remove the outer remaining lip of the plastic! The 185 manifold is the same as the 255.Both are the same as the 215 manifold. The only difference is the plast cap that is glued there where the 215 intercooler sits!I will try to get some pics if I can find one manifold!

I've just done it over the summer. Used a 3" hole saw, then you have to use some pliers on the edge to remove the outer lip which is heat fused to the intake. Took like an hour to get it done. Going to need to get the intercooler clamp just FYI

Its for sale if ya like to buy it

Its a lot of work ... what are you hoping to gain? There are a LOT of differences between 185 and 215 motors ... ECU, rev limit, fuel pressure regulator, supercharger speed, etc. Just installing the stock ICs will not make a very noticeable difference.
