Anybody ever try Q-16 in ther ski?

I was thinking a 70-30 mix, pump gas and Q-16?

Works awsome in my race car, and it is the same setup as the ski just bigger...

Your tune will be off, Unless you have the means of tuning the ign timing to justify the slower burning fuel. Your wasting money.

Q-16 is highly corrosive. And since it contains o2 You will need to tune the extra fuel as well.

Yes I figured I would need more fuel, but that is a easy adjustment of the RRFPR. I was thinking about mixing 89 octane with 4-5 gallons of Q-16, get the octane around 95-98.. Should not need any more timing for that just extra fuel.

Just mix it with E85, way better alternative and easier to obtain imo.

+1. cant beat 105 octane for around $3.00 a gallon, but at that point you might as well get bigger injectors and tune for it.

I run it in my Supra, but personally would not run it in my ski. Tuning for E85 would be my route. Although I do love the smell of Q

No its not. If you tune on e85 without mapping your timing you wont gain anything.

Maybe some cooling =D But avl, and mph would suck !

What about C16 instead of Q16?

C-16 on a ski like yours might help. But it would certainly give you a saftey net!
