vibration at WOT and off throttle

took the ski out today nice calm water, but after sitting at WOT for a few second the pump started to vibrate then easied off the throttle and it vibrated harder after down to 6500rpm then its fine.
but if i sit on 6000rpm its fine anymore it starts to vibrate..only change i did was repitch the prop and ran a 81 ring, ran fine with a 82 ring but was on the rev limiter 8550.pulled the pump off for inspection prop and nose cone is tight and spin nicely
any idea on whats happening?..could it be stuffing the pump

First thing i would do is look and make sure you didnt suck something up like a rope,my wife sucked a ski rope up and it wrapped itself around the driveshaft and it did the same thing yours is doing....If theres nothing in the pump then Recheck all your bolts to make sure your pump and thrust nozzle is tight...also make sure the black rubber gasket that seals the pump to the pump tunnel is in straight and didnt get pinched...check your ring to see if that didnt come loose as they can and will do with them tiny set screws...Also check to make sure your prop is tight,92-95 ft lbs...make sure if your running a nose cone, that it too didnt come loose and is walking up the driveshaft...if all this is good outside, then last but not least check your carbon seal for damage/leaks..

Possibly an alignment issue. Mine did it and that was the issue.

I had mid-rpm vibration issue once too ... I had installed the driveshaft SS hat & carbon ring and had not oiled the o-rings in the SS piece ... it did not seat 100% perfectly and vibrated at certain rpm. I pulled it back, oiled it, shoved it back, issue solved. One more possibility ...

Who pitched the prop? Maybe it hasn't been bent evenly.

    thanks for the reply guys
ive checked every from what u guys have mentioned
drive shaft is clear from anything
    pump and prop is tight
nose cone is nice and tight
    rings are tight
mounts are good ( no cracks)
i pitched it my self by measuring and following the instruction on the DIY thread, the day before i had the 82 ring on and it was fine but was hitting the rev limiter. next day i went back out with a 81 ring hopping it would drop the rpm, but encounted the vibration. only thing i havent checked yet is the carbon seals but i never get water in the hull after riding in the river...can weed course this to vibrate once it wrap it self on the shaft?? coz after i took the ski off the water and rev it on the trailar i did recall weeds getting thrown out from the pump, but decided not to put it back in the water as i wasnt sure what was happening.

Sure weeds in pump or driveshaft could cause issues.
