    Name that engine failure!

Hey guys just pulled a motor out of an 03 GTX SC. I am rebuilding it for my GPRXP conversion. I just wanted to throw some pictures up to see if any one can guess at why this engine failed. The coolant was clean, head gasket was fine. The oil was milky The only thing i can think of is that the engine took on water. Take a look see what you think.
    Thanks in advance!

One it looks like it was a tad lean, But almost on the money..

Looks like was flipped over and water left in cylinders.

    My best guess!

Water damage on pic #1and #2, on pic #3 the piston contacted the head due to rod bearing failure.

Ski was sunk and lost for four months, found and recovered. Drained, oil changed, battery replaced and engine actually fired. Cylinders were gauled up due to rusted cylinder walls, valves stuck causing dammage to #3. Rings stuck to cylinders in #1 and #2 due to rust causing both rods to bend. Engine ran for 30 seconds running rough before #2 rod spit out the side of the block? Am I in the ball park?

Seriously it looks to me like it sat with water in the cylinders!
