Question FZR - Installation Time for Modz

    Hi Guys & Girls,

Looking to get the following parts for my stock FZR:

    R&D Adjustable Ride Plate

    R& D Aquavein Intake Grate

R&D FZ Power Core Intake Manifold/Intercooler CFM Kit (Removes factory restrictor)

Just want to know how long would it take to replace each part? Is there much labour involved in regards to time & hassle?

How much would you pay a shop just for labour to install these parts?

    Cheers

R&D FZ Power Core Intake Manifold/Intercooler CFM Kit (Removes factory restrictor) 3-4 hours for a first timer. 2 hours or so once you've done it already.

How much would you pay a shop just for labour to install these parts? For an experienced shop. I'd say 3 hours for all.

Thanks for the replies guys, appreciate it =)

By the way this might sound like a stupid question, but if I get a R&D air filter kit would I still need the R&D Power Core Intake Manifold/Sleeve?

    Cheers!

once you do the manifold upgrade you will realise how much of a blockage it is
and then you will see why it should be the first power mod you do

Thanks for the info guys, I really appreciate it =)

Will definitely get the intake mod done!

Does the 10% off discount also apply to the R&D products?

Quick question, how come when people replace the standard Intake Grate they also install a Pump Seal Kit??

I am replacing my standard Intake Grate with an R&D item and I am wondering weather to purchase a R&D Pump Seal Kit??

    Cheers

if you install the R&D intake grate, it's great to add the R&D pump seal kit as the stock ski does not come with any pump seal.
