Yes More Water Routing questions for EX IC?
One last question, can I use the water outlet that comes of the top of the J pipe to exit my water out of the Intercooler?
It goes out from the top of the J pipe straight to the pump exit, I have the small T that came from the X ski that would work perfectly,

When you eliminate the OEM ic you going to end up with two hoses, those are the ones that you need to use. Very simple job..

I have a seadoo stock EX IC it will not handle the pressure like a fizzle intercooler, I have to T the incoming water line from the pump, to the exhaust manifold and intake of the intercooler,
In the stock set up one line to intercooler one line from intercooler to exhaust manifold, that will not work,
I either have to drill out the extra pump fitting for a exit for the intercooler or I was thinking of using the water outlet from the hose on the top of the J pipe that goes thru the pump, with a T
Frank suggested I drill out the spare pump fitting, I have over 20 foot of Parker brand hose, for the job, no hose shortage here,

Yes. If you look at the stock setup on the RXP-X's thats how it is routed, it comes out of the ICer, down to a T then out the flush point.
I modified this drawing, blue is feed lines red is out. Hose 28 in this drawing comes off the bottom of the manifold but you are going to use the hose off the top of the J pipe instead.
