GP800r Power Valve Elec Motor Probs

    Hi Guys,

The YPVS Motor is causing me greif,

Valves are free as is the connecting bar,
Cables run freely if disconnected from the elec motor,

    Heres the problem,

If I remove all of the gears from the gearbox on the YPVS Elec Motor, the motor works, If I put them back in it seizes up and wont move the valves.....

None of the cogs are damaged and theres plenty of grease in the box too, no water ingress etc.

Anyone got any ideas? or had previous experiences?

I have one on ebay for a BUY NOW for $60 including the shipping in the 48 continental states. If you are somewhere else, let me know, and I might be able to do it for the same cost, or only a few $$ more depending where you are located.
