    Gp1200r impeller size

    hey guys i have a gp1200r it has riva heads a d plate a freeflow exaust and im looking for a good allround impeller for ok bottom end and top end speed . its cavitating and hitting rev limiter too easy on take off so i think its a bit worn and time for a new one just need some ideas on wat one to get cheers .

    A 13/19 would probably be your best bet.... good hole shot and decient top end. If you choose to go with the 14/20 check your rpms with an aftermarket tach. You should have over 7000 rpms at top speed, if not go back to the 13/19.

    The other thing to consider is that the wear ring may also be out of tolerences. You should check that as well.
