Go to Advance auto parts they are called fuel injection clamps they come in packs of 4 in like 4 different sizes. Use them all over my skiis instead of worm gears.

Made by ideal. I'll grab a pack shortly in my garage and get a couple of pics so you can see the applications regarding sizes and part numbers.
52F16 is for 3/8"
52F13 is for 1/4"
52F15 is for 5/16"
The ones I have for the 3/8" hose is 9mm wide or 0.354330 ". I hope this helps.
Here are all 3 offered if you can't find them locally. Summit sells them in packs of 10.

I believe these are 1/2" bands and are good from 2-3" They aren't T-bolt clamps, but aren't your standard typical worm gear clamps that bite into silicone and soft hoses. According to the description I cut and pasted below, these may be what your looking for.
"Afraid you may shear or fray your soft hoses? You need Ideal lined clamps. 53 Series clamps feature a liner that protects the hose surface and prevents it from extruding or shearing through the band notches as the clamp is tightened. These lined clamps are perfect for silicone rubber and other soft hose applications. 53 Series lined clamps are built with 1/2 in. bands, housings, and liners crafted from stainless steel with 5/16 in. hex-slotted plated carbon steel screws. Secure your soft hoses with Ideal lined clamps"
