Raider ride plate mods
Here are a few plates with mods and the others showing the DRAG!!!!!!, I need to find the other pictures.........Th e first is the stock plate cut off the front and run the 4 bolts instead of the 6
The second is the stock plate with the back cut off flush with the hull
the third is the protec shorty with a TON of work, look at the purple one, and notice the drop down spot has been removed and the speedo relocated to clear the nozzle
The fourth is the R/D plate, all i can say is D.R.A.G.....

Thanks J-me........Mike I can send you any picture you want, remember when you put the speedo wheel on it has to clear the pump nozzle, it is VERY close when you make the plate flat, I ended up putting the plat completely on then marking the spot, it actually fits in side the left rail if the top of the plate is up, I will get the picture for you. Then get a 4 foot straight edge and see how good your intake grate and rideplate line up with the bottom of the hull..........if it is off you can shim......I have some info for you on sponsons also which might suprise you.

Just take the whole ride plate off...then your good to go! JK
But seriously, Group K did that along time ago when they first started testin the raiders but then you have -99.9 % handling doing this...gives me an idea...i mean got to go! .
