    xp

I have a chance to pick up this ski for 150-200. Not sure of year 97-99 is what I have been told. I just got the pics today. Needs 1or2 pistons I think. Is it worth it?

951 motor ?????? best of luck.............. at least its prob a silver motor, not the white nightmare...

That doesn't have a 951 engine. That is a 1997 XP, which has the 787 engine. Not the best year to have, a bit underpowered, MPEM in very front prone to water intrusion. Still, at $200 it is not a bad deal if you do the work yourself.

Got it into some light. It looks like a white motor. Any info about it? The guy said the pistons were scored. They took out the starter not sure why. Anyway to tell how many hrs on this thing? the hull is ok one spot might need some work. It also looks to have some aftermarket part some intake filter westcost racing? What else to look at on this? Thanks Guys
