    V-Tech and 2rude no rrfpr

    Im putting together ao5 rxp stage 3 .i have all the parts but the ecu.iwant to use a rude 2 sc that i all ready have.my question is if i reflash my ecu to only 8500 rpms would it be ok not to use a rrfpr since arude 2 only put out 14.5 psi at 8500. Thaks 4 comments

    If the limiter is set at only 8500 then there's a chance you can get away from it. You would need to measure your air/fuel ratio to be sure.

    I wouldnt do it. Whats the issue with installing a rrfpr anyway? Is it just cost? You could get away with a DIY FPR for quite cheaply, then you can be sure your getting enough fuel...

    What size injectors would you remap it for?
    50s?

    Bosch 50's... the ones in my store flow a little better than 50 lb hr... plus they are flow matched.

    I all ready have a set of riva 50s .i was tring to make the ski tinker free if i could thats why no rrfpr.thanks for the help will be sending ecu.

    my ski was LEAN w/ riva 50's, riva ecu and Rude 1.

    Those injectors are actually only flowing around 48 lb hr. I'd recommend stepping it up to the bosch 50's.
