    Waiting....Still waiting......

Anyone else get their ski yet?? I paid for mine on Dec 27 and still waiting for the recalled plug wires. Now Kawasaki says "Second week in January" before they release the new wires.
I know for a fact that the plant got theirs last week. The excitement is turning to disappointment. Yes, it is only January, but paying $10k and then they tease you with the wires!!
Patience is not one of my better qualities. Kawasaki will not let the dealer release the ski (even though its paid for) It is deemed 'Dangerous'.

You better check the H.I.N. carefully. You got a MSO for the LX model.

Looks like you guys might get your skis before me. Now Kawasaki says next week for the plug wires although the factory got theirs last week. Im starting to feel like I'm dealing with BPR.
For $10k, you'd think theyd overnight a set of wires. The excitement has turned to frustration. Now they're talking more snow this weekend.
I know, I know, its only January.

Way2, I checked the HIN and it is a match to the 250x. So I'm don't know why the title says 160hp 745lbs. The horsepower is good, because some insurance companies will not insure skis over a certain HP. At least state farm won't. (my wife works there)

    NOPE: You are not alone.

All deliveries are on hold, until retrofit is done. That means anyone that got lucky and got a ski, is in a VAST minority. The skis that are at the dealer, are not being released until the retro is done.

That must have been one good sized "oooops" on their part!

They insured my '06 RXP. Maybe it depends on your location...

Be sure to make a copy of the MSO (both sides) before turning it in to get your title and registration. That way you will have "proof" for the insurance company that it is only 160hp.

    Kawi on Trailer

Whoever gets one of these phantom 250's would you please post
a picture of it on your trailer??

I'm looking for a double now and I'd like to see how this thing rides
    on whaterver you've picked out.

I'm going to be selling a great single, totally rebuilt once I get the
double. I'll post pictures and details on the Sales forum.
