how do i remove a rusted bolt?
its not on my ski its on my car battery. the head is begining to strip and that thing wont freakin budge. it looks like its got some of that anti corrosion crap on there too. should i heat it up? i tried rust remover, wd 40.anybody have any tips or tricks for me?

dont get any heat near your battery.
Try using some vice grips.

Go get a bottle of PB blaster and hit the bolt a couple times per day for one week. Then try removing the bolt with vice grips. PB blaster is the best stuff for this application WD40 doesn't come close. I've seen it at wally world and pep boys.
You can also try an impact gun. I've had studs that would not come out of a manifold for anything so I had to weld a nut on and use my impact gun.

Liquid Wrench also works good. Apply it then tap the bolt with a hammer. It may take a few days of doing this before it lossens up...hopefully !

That pb stuff was created by a magical wizzard i assume, it smells horrible but work's 10 times better than o'l WD .
