    1998 Speedster mods ?

I have a 1998 Speedster with the twin 110hp 787 engines. I want to have a new set of props for next season. Any recommendations? The boat is 100% stock as of right now.
What brand and pitch should I go for.
Anyone with this boat that can offer any advise on other mods?

The only thing I'd think about is milling the heads... that would give you a little more kick out of the hole for not a whole lot of cash. (50ish a head) but you'd have to run premium gas.

Have you done this on an 800 engine? Was it a worthwhile mod? Fuel is already expensive. Not sure if premium would be such a good idea.
Im thinking more toward jet pump mods.

unless you have lots of time, props arent as easy as you think...None of the manufacurers(Skat or Solas) make props specifically for sport boats...They say it will work but I have yet to find a prop just pop it in and it works....Lots of cavitation over the stocker.

I bet Dave at Impros would have a suggestion. I should call him now since he is not overloaded like he gets a 5-6 months from now.
BTW I get GPS speeds of 45-50mph with 3-5 riders. I got a best of 54mph with 2 riders and the wind behind me Lol. Is that considered ok performance?

    which pitch solas?

I had to replace an impeller and did the pair. 15\23 concord was spec`d from solas, so that`s what I went with... I`ll know more when I get the challenger 1800 wet...

    Impros Rocks!

Not to bring this back from the dead but just picked one of these up. One engine seems to struggle a bit to get to rpm and seems a bit of cavitation. Going to replace wear rings. Anything else that'll help with hole shot and big end that's not top complicated?
