My XP bogs @ take off
' 95 XP runs like a BEAST when I'm on the throttle hard. But coming out of idle, I have 2 blip the throttle a few times or it bogs. Reputable shop had it 4 several weeks. They rebuilt carbs, fuel flush, changed fuel lines, but same results. I can only assume they did all they could but what the heck? $500 later & same problem???
Anything u guys can thnk of tht they may hav missed? I did remove flame arrester & replaced with less restrictive air filters. (pre-shop) so would pop-off pressure b an issue? (ofcourse, I'm assuming they would know 2 check 4 that.
somebody mentioned the "baffle" 2 me also. Is that something 2 check?

If you added an open air element without rejetting your carbs, you made the problem. Either you can reinstall the stock parts or rejet your carbs to the open air spec. Your mechanic should know better...

Any mention of the spark plugs? And of course, fuel jetting and mixture adjustment.
