2000 Kawasaki 900 stx crackshaft rod bearings
i did a compression test found one cylinder with 30psi so i took the head off during inspection found the first cylinder rod can be moved to the side about 1/2 inch only to the right side so i suspect the rod bearing on the crack is shot, how hard is it to replace this bearing can i do it my self, thanks

First, I don't know how you can move the rod if you only took the head off.
Second, you can't replace the rod bearings unless you've got the specialized equipment to do it. The rods and bearings are put on the crank when it's pressed together.
You might send it to Hot Rods or other place that overhauls cranks.
