    Problems :(

Hi all having some problems..... Have a 07 r12x not modified. Have noticed lack of power in it lately I changed the plugs no change. I serviced it and found a great deal of petrol in the oil. The ski is only getting max 5600 rpm in the water and is very un responsive. Still getting max 13psi boost so waste gate seems fine as its already been fixed once. So thinking my problem could be narrowed down to over fueling??? Hence the fuel in the oil..... Any ideas?

Maybe a bad plug or leaky injector causing a no fire?

Yeh that's it only 5600 at 13psi very lagie acceleration and it misses after being on and off the throttle.. I've replaced plugs fuel pressure reg and map sensors still no change..

Sounds like it's got a dead cylinder, Do a compression test and report back the numbers here.

Ok it took a while but I've got the compression test ## from front first cylinder1 125psi cylinder2 95psi cylinder 3 120psi cylinder 4 45psi. I also checked valve clearances and there is no clearance at all on all the intake valves..

comp test with: all plugs removed, and throttle held open?? psi #'s seem low across the board.. All intake valves tight sound funny, make sure you are checking them at proper location of engine stroke

leak-down test would be proper procedure if the compression on any cylinder is under factory specs (i'd say anything under 125psi would be cause for concern)

Your #4 cylinder is dead. Most likely your pistons have smashed ring lands due to detonation. At this point the head needs to come off and motor disassembled.
