    most likely welded with the newer type inverter machines, looks like its pulsed welding to keep the heat down. Looks real nice.
    I got one of those welders and I love it!

    The welding or craftman work on this Gen 3 looks great! I want to know? If this Gen 3 will hold the PSI's of our operating/modified toys....... Its my two cents on it....

    That doesn't look like a TIG weld, it is likely welded with the newest pulse MIG systems. I was just trying one out at the local Miller dealer. They are unbelievable.

    The welds look great!! Just out of curiosity what is the material thickness if the intercooler? Thicker than the stock o8 intercoolers that swelled??
