    Rxtx260 exhaust temp alarm

    Hi all.I got this alarm come on and off during my ride yesterday.all hoses seem to be intact so I'm wondering what else I should be checking.the ski is modded with les Cooke ecu,air,grate and prop.any advice would be helpful.thanks

    I had a similar issue. Mine was caused from a split hose in the feed from the pump

    Scott's pictures above are perfect and the first hose to check for overheating. I had the same hose clamp come loose once also - my fault.

    Also check the electrical connection right at the waterbox and ensure that wire is not burned through. It can get too close to the waterbox and melt through - ask me how I know.........

    If you have run it much without water flow, and the waterbox got hot, chances are the plastic mounts holding the waterbiox got melted also. Check the entire area very close!

    Thanks for your help guys. Jt are you happy with the et 137 wheel?our riding is mostly in the ocean so I was concerned about reliability with coming unhooked all the time.

    It will be okay, you will just need to keep a closer eye on the slip. Maybe check it every 20 hours or so.
