    1200pv cylinder head "deteoration"???

I don't think that this is necessarily a problem but I am wondering if anyone can tell me for sure.

I think its just corrosion around the spark plug holes due to either the water that tends to lay in there or maybe its something to do with "sacraficial" metal deteoriation? (Arcing?)

Anybody got the real reason for why this happens to the cylinder heads?

    Electrolysis:

Electrolysis is the decomposition of water into oxygen and hydrogen gas due to an electric current being passed through the water = Chemical change, especially decomposition, produced in an electrolyte by an electric current.

Find out if your motor has any zink anods, and replace them (if there is anything left of them).

Temp solution for that area around the sparkpugs us to use copper anti-sieze on your sparkplug threads when you put your plugs in. Also put some of the copper anti-seize in the area where the water tries to sit around the spark plug.
