    Boost Gauge? is it needed?

Does a boost gauge tell you when you are loosing slip? Do they really work?
I was thinking of getting one so I would know when my slip was getting weak from rough water in Closed Couse racing,
It would be easier than pulling the SC every 20 hours or so,
    thanks,

After having them slip on me I know how the ski acts when its slipping. But for me it is easy to tell because I do alot of smooth water cruising. For you a boost gauge may be more benificial.

Yes, and yes. I recommend a liquid filled.

I have one fitted and it is good reference to look at after you have done any mods to your ski to if there is any kind off improvement in boost.

boost gauge is always a good thing to have when your dealing with a supercharger or turbo.

Looking back, I don't know how I rode without one. Rode a buddy's rxpx without one and it felt like I was riding blind. Definitely get the Dynotune Digital Boost Gauge. Far more superior to the traditional analog gauges. Just my 2 cents..
