    Relocating RIVA FPR Gauge Help.

I would like to move my FPR Gauge because what fuel pressure I want my ski to run at its almost impossible to see the readings on the gauge at that angle so deep in the hull. Any help on how to relocate this would be greatly appreciated. Thank You !

I say watch your AFR gauge and adjust your FPR accordingly...

My ECU is different and I need my FP to be at 55 psi. My whole fuel table is mapped out for a 55 psi FP.

Add some fittings and hose and it can be mounted anywhere I have mine in the mirror.

You can always T in a mechanical fuel pressure gauge and mount it where it's convenient for you to see. If you do, MAKE SURE IT IS TIGHT, especially if it's facing you. You shouldn't have any problems and this may save you some trouble from relocating the whole unit. I mounted mine up front initially because I had the additional room and wanted it easily accessible to adjust pressure etc.

Is it possible I could use the R&D Inline Fuel pressure gauge adaptor. http://www.4-tecperformance.com/inde...oducts_id=1377

If I take out the gauge from where RIVA has it and put it on the gauge adaptor, will this work ? Also if this does work can I leave it there permanently ?

The R&D part you referenced does the exact same thing as the Riva unit you already have--they both regulate the fuel pressure. The difference is that the Riva unit is mounted atop the fuel tank and comes with a gauge while the R&D unit mounts on the end of the fuel rail.

If you want a gauge up where you can see it while riding the ski, like others have said, remove the gauge you have, install a hose between a new gauge and the FPR and mount the new gauge where you want.

The RIVA unit uses 1/8"NPT thread for the gauge ?

I have the Riva FPR with gauge and the R&D adapter and gauge at the fuel rail. I have never taken the R&D gauge off , or the Riva (in 2 years) . They both read the same. I got the R&D because I couldn't see the Riva gauge in my old age.

    btw... Hi Craig!
