    2 rude in a 2010 rxtx260?

Hi all.Has anyone tried this charger on this boat? I currently have the following mods.sdc 8600 ecu, valve retainers,4inch air, worx grate, speed freaks 12.5/18 with 83 nozzle and sdc akit x wheel.I'm thinking of upgrading to a 2rude and wanted some feedback.also would the et137 be an option?thanks for your help.

P.s thanks Scott for your pics on the split hose as this was exactly the problem with my exhaust temp alarm.

I personally recommend the 8800 limiter with the 137 wheel. JT currently has this particular setup and producing amazing results. I had the 137 on a 8600 limiter and the ski was a solid 80 mph. I bumped the limiter up and installed a 68-140 and the ski picked up some more mph.

Glad your temp alarm is resolved

Many people have used the 2Rude on the X boats. It will be a good improvement over your current impeller. What injectors are you running?
You will need to monitor your AFR's and tune accordingly.

The 2Rude is superior to the et137 - the 2Rude will produce about 1psi more boost and is a 140mm wheel compared to the 137mm et wheel.
The et137 is still a good impeller and will provide a slight improvement over what you have, but it probably wont be huge.

I have had great results with my ET 137 SC, and with some AFR tweaking, I think I'll get even more performance out it!!

My ecu has a 8600 limiter and will handle 14.5 boost at 8500 with stock injectors.so I was wanting to use a charger and tune my prop to be on that limit(8500)to go more boost or increase limiter would meen me ref lashing the ecu again and that would be costly.any suggestions? Thanks again.

at some point dynojet will have their power commander available and you can tune your a/f and bump your rev limit with it.

    Hey guys,
I just reset the slip on my 2rude ans it is now at 18.5 ft/lb, i'm just not sure if i set it too high. I dont want to snap the shaft. Should i stick with it or lower the slip to 15 ft/lb?
