    Oops - another head issue!

Just rebuilt my rxt as it broke a valve in # 2 and junked the head - everything seemed well - then I checked the compression 40 lbs in # 2 -- Head off - junk had got into the head - WTF! - taking it apart - I found left over debris from the previous issue still in the Intake manifold! I never checked the intake the last time. If you grenade a head - check for debris in the intake manifold.

Any one have a good head man in SW florida?

    Thanks

    Tim

Isn't the shipping of a head to CT expensive?

It's a lot cheaper than buying a new head

Just cleaned the intake out today - pieces of the broken head and a 1/4" section of the broken valve - good news is that the head on now seems pretty good - but i'm having it gone through anyway - lesson learned - again.

    Thanks
