My 250 does not have the port for fogging the super charger. It's never been fogged although I spend time cleaning out and salt swaying all the time. I will install the port to fog it like on the 300. Anyone do this yet on a 250/260

Welded a bush on the upper duct and then put a grub screw in it.

If the rotas are damaged/blistered then replacement is required, however if your super charger is seized due to salt deposits/crystals and the rotas are damage/blister free, you can clean with tooth brush/WD40 and rebuild.
The first time my SC seized the rotas were OK, and I rebuilt it with no issues, however I didn't fog it again and it later seized (18months) with a small blister. New SC now fitted and back to fogging after every ride.....
