Contact member 04gtxsc. He is with Unishippers. I deal with his and he can help you out. He is highly recommended by quite a few members here.

If you give me the zip codes and size of the box i will give you a quote. As beerdart says Greyhound may be a good choice. I know that those seats can get large and don't weigh much which causes higer costs.

I can help if you want.

Take regular cardboard and wrap the seat tight. It only has to have one flat surface. Ups and FedEx will take it that way and it cuts the shipping cost dramatically. Dont remember of that seat is 2 parts, but if it is stack them and use a lot of tape. I shipped and ultra 250 seat from NYC to jettrim in havasue and I was able to get the cost from $180 down to $60. 1 way of course.

The smallest you can get is the way to go. UPS and Fedex have big penalties if the dimensions get too big. they do the charges by dimensional weight or actual weight.
h x w x l divide by 166 will equal dimensional weight of package. The you have accesorial charges if the second longest dimension is over 30 inches or the longest is over 60 inches, or actual weight greater than 70 pounds. They have lots of addded charges that can really bite you hard especially if it is relatively large compared to the weight.

    Sorry i get carried away.
