    Thumbs up Pump Tunnel Reinforcement!

I just got through installing the tunnel cover reinforcement that 305coco makes for our skis and sells in the Greenhulk Performance parts store. http://www.4-tecperformance.com/inde...oducts_id=1927 This is a very time consuming job ( 7-8 hours removing the oem cover plates, fitting the new tunnel cover, cutting the inner linner out a little and prepping the tunnel to be sure the glue bonds to the hull) The quality and fit of the tunnel cover is EXCELLENT. After doing two fz's there is no doubt in my mind that after doing this reinforcement to them I will never have to worry about the tunnel cracking! Two thumbs up to Jorge ( 305coco) for making this reinforcement cover for us. Tommy Jordan

Wow I didnt realize it was a 7-8 hour job. But do it right, do it once Tommy do you have any pictures? I have only seen a reinforcement on the SHO, never on a FZ.

The time to remove the old oem cover plates takes a while you have to be carefull not to damage the tunnel under it. Also the time i am quoting is from the time i took the seat off till the time I put the seat back on. 100% finished including cleaning the hull out inside from all the grinding dust and ect.
