    VXR ODI Grip install

VXR OEM handlebars are too short for even the 120mm ODI grips. Once you have the oem grips off you will see this. I bought a pair of 1/2" ODI 'Wingtip' bar extensions, removed the threaded end (the 'wingtips' come with one end threaded to screw into ODI handlebars), and bolted the extensions directly into the OEM plugs in the OEM bar ends. Perfect fit for the 120mm ODI Grips.
(My cell doesn't do close ups haha)

Yes, got it in Sept for the new IJSBA R/A N/A (normally aspirated) Class. Doesn't handle like a Limited class XPL, but we're workin' on that haha. Very strong engine and barely sips 87 pump gas running buoys.

Looks good! Nice inexpensive way to get a little more bar width without having to buy an AM stem in order to run MX bars.

Not sure if any late model ski will turn with an XPL.

    Sounds good....

If you want some great seat time, ck out DJSA. Bit of a drive, but well worth the trip(s) when you have time!

    Hey Sourpower...,
The Parker race is just a couple months away. If you'd like an economical to run and maintain race boat (for the new IJSBA R/A N/A Class), Parker Yamaha/Havasu PowerSports just got some new 2011 VXRs in for ~$9800. You could prolly even play a little 'Let's make a deal' . Contact Dave Rizzo @ 928-669-2549.

There will be room on the line for you... and I have an extra set of R&D VXR sponsons you can use.

in my opinion i dont like them they look like there on backwards to me .i would have chozen the same grips but with out the flared ends.ithink those would have looked nicer.i like odi rouge grips i will be using those without the flared ends.
