vibration at 3k-4k with E1 in FZR 09'

hi all, and thx for your help in advance. I got a Yamaha FZR 09' and i upgraded the s/c with an E1 and a power cooler from Riva, before all that, the ski was running smooth with no problems at all, then after installing the E1 i started getting some really bad vibrations between 3k and 4k RPM i also noticed that the vibration was there all the time at 3k and sometimes it satayed there till 4k or 4.5k sometimes not, i mean at 4k when it was there i just applied some gas to 5k and then released it back to 4k again and the vibration would go, now the s/c is not working at all i checked the impeller and it was going both ways, got the s/c out and the gear (the big one which is part of it is out of the engine) is going both ways as well. now my questions are, what was that vibration?? and why would i lose the clutch even though i am having a HKS BOV?? would I lose the clutch again after fixing it?? if yes, what is the best way to solve this problem? note, my max RPM is about 7500-7700 RPM. and i am running on the stuck ECU.

Well well, sounds like your clutch is gone. You should really do some reading on this site. You need a re-flashed ECU to support the E1 wheel and prob a few more things. Please tell me you didn't just slap a E1 with the Power Cooler and do nothing else.

The vibration is from the wheel. its the way is balanced from Riva. All E1 ski's I've riding have this problem.

Its the point of building boost/load on the motor at low cruising speed.

You will need to do something to the ECU with that wheel. you will hit boost cut and it will PI$$ you right off all the time

^ i agree i had the same vibration cus of the wheel i think is call surge but its alright if you feel it it means u got powa lol, But u should add a lil more things in order for you to run that e1, things like Fuel pressure regulator, ECU REFlash, aftermarket prop.

    Yes its compressor surge.

Ive tried everything from re-balancing the wheel and wheel to s/c shaft , even balancing the drive shaft.....

It makes it better , but its still always there.

ok guys, thnx for your replies. I do have some other mods as well, like boost clamp, prob, air intake, free flow, fpr, and many others. but i mentioned those 2 things because the others have nothing to do with the vibration problem. boost is about 11-11.5 @ 7700 psi on the boost gauge without reflashing the ECU which is ok with me, i really dont need more

I am not interested in re flashing the ECU as I am loacated in the Middle East Dubai to be exact, so its hard for me to take the ECU out and mail it all the way to the USA and get it back, above that I am satisfied with the over all performance.

IF YOU have NOT done this, Strengthen up your clutch:
    #1 a '11 clutch: http://www.4-tecperformance.com/inde...oducts_id=1557
    #2 Dampener Gear: http://www.4-tecperformance.com/inde...oducts_id=1844
    #3 S/C Shaft: http://www.4-tecperformance.com/inde...oducts_id=1843
#4 Youll need this for the oil pump assembly, : http://www.4-tecperformance.com/inde...oducts_id=1559

Also, would help if you listed ALLLLL your Mods. AND I agree with other members, Eventhough youre half way around the world, get a re-flash, especially with E1

I am just missing the dampner gear for now and the s/c shaft is Gen 2, i have a question though, how does re-flashing the ECU help with the clutch life, if i am getting that right?? can you guys tell me??
    my upgrades are:
    E1
Riva power cooler with HKS BOV
    Riva s/c shaft Gen 2
    Riva air intake
    Riva free flow
    R&D ride plate
    R&D intake grate
    Skat Track 13/25
    R&D manifold upgade kit
    Riva engine cooling upgrade kit
Riva FPR (which is removed latley) because the RPM was high at idle, i tried to adjust it but no luck, I think its not working right
    R&D seal kit
    boost clamp
11' clutch to be installed soon
