New product for Seadoo - Hand held Vtech Maptuner

    New Site up and running!
We are still working on it but here you go:

    Quick guide:

    http://www.vtechtuned.com

    New product release from VTECH.SE
    UPDATE:
If you want to have updates about our products, new software releases and so on then please register here:

    External link

Please send this link to all that have a interested in Jetski, Atv or Snowmobiles

Please order the Hand Held Programmer and your tuning credits here
    www.youTUNEit.net

    To Clarify.
If you buy a license for a jetski.
You can freely choose from any or all tunes we have available for that model at no extra cost.

So it will ONLY cost you 600 USD.

And you can switch between the tunes as much as you want. We will have different rev limiters to choose from for each tune.
The unit can contain up to 10 different tunes at the same time(for the same jetski, not different ones)

    So you could have:
    Stock
    Tuned with 8200 Limiter
    Tuned with 8500 Limiter
Tuned with more sensetive throttle respons and idle at 2700 rpm
Tuned with Ignition set for race fuel and 9200 rpm
    and so on..

    Hand held flasher device for:
    Seadoo Jetski!

    The handheld device lets you:
Write a modified file in to your original ECU.
In other words, Tune it with modified software and return it to stock.
The unit can contain several different tunings that you can switch between.
Stage 1 -3, different rpm limiters, etc.

    Other features:
    Read / erase error codes.
    View values live
    Record values
    In development:
    *Reset service
    *remove functions like IBRj
Currently this is only PC compatible.

For the more advanced users we have the option that you send us your logs and we adjust the software for you.
Updated settings will then be available via internet.
No more sending ecus back and forth to Jerry
( In special cases you will need to send your ecu 1 time to Jerry)

Example if you want to run other injectors and we donít have a special tuning avalible for this.
Then our techs will make a base map for you, after that you log fueling and other parameters and send us the results.
This option will require additional logging equipment like a AFR / Lambda meter, knock sensor.

There is a lot in the future for this new product

We will soon have support for:
    Can Am ATV
    Ski Doo Snow mobile
    Yamaha Jetskis.

We will release this sometime soon.. / early 2012.
If youíre interested in this system you can contact Jerry at Greenhulk and preorder yours now!

    Prices are not yet official.

All pictures and movies are beta and the final product will look a bit different and features may also be a bit different.

Okay guys we have the pricing information from V-Tech

The hand held programmer will have an introductory price of $300. The actual retail price will be determined later next month. The sale price will last until end of March.
With this hand held you can use it to program as many skis as you want. There is no set limit.
Not only can the hand held programmer be used to actually tune your ski you can use it to check and reset errors.

    Each tune will be $600
You will have access to the many tunes we already have available for this ski. If ever we have an update to a tune that you have already purchased then we will email you and you can download the updated tune to the handheld and install it on your ski free of charge.

A list of the current tunes available can be seen here in the store
    http://www.4-tecperformance.com/inde...&cPath=180_182

I will have this set up and ready to take pre orders tomorrow

Just to get this straight.... if we purchase the programer ($300.00) we will have access to all your existing tunes i.e. 8300, 8600 and so on free of charge? And we will just pay $600 for a custom tune?

Have I got this or am I on drugs?

No, I believe you pay $300 fort the hardware and then an additional $600 for the ability to tune your ski. If you want to tune a friends Ski then an extra $600 credit must be purchased. Once the Credit is purchased for the ski then they will fine tune it.

Jerry, Would the same handheld unit be able to program both Siemens and Bosch ECU's once supported? or would you need to purchase two different handheld programmers if you wanted to be able to flash both types of ECU's?

Also, How do the additional credits get activated on the handheld? is there a windows software that you install on a laptop? If so does this software give the user the ability to make their own custom settings? IE... load a stage 2 map but lower the RPM limiter?

You pay $300 for the hand held
and then you pay $600 per tune

If ever we make updates to the tune you purchased you get the update free of charge

    This is correct!
The same handheld will do the Bosch, Siemens and eventually the Yamaha and Kawasaki ECU's

You will go to the online store and purchase a tuning credit for each ski. You can specify the limiter you desire on the tune you purchase.

    UPDATE:
Units sold now is both for SIEMENS AND BOSCH based ecu.
    So ALL current seadoo models.
    (except some older ones..)

(We are also looking for people with CAN AM ATVīs that want to try some tunes and can send us logs/feedback)

The hand held programmer will have an introductory price of $300. The sale price will last until end of March.
You then get to check error codes free of charge.

If you want to tune a Jetski then you need to buy a licence for that jetski.
1 licence per ski - the tune will be locked to that ski - 600 USD.

If we release a update for that jetski you will get a email informing you of this and can then download this free of charge.
Next jetski license will then be 600 USD and so on.

If you have a custom setup that is not supported by us and want us to make a fine tune of the tuning for your needs then you need to pay for this.
Custom Adjustments - 500 USD. So 600 for the licence + 500 USD for the custom adjustment.

However, if its a tune that we would like to ad to our standard tunes then we will do this adjustments for free.
So then you just pay the 600 USD for the licence and then send us the logs and we make adjustments.

We are also looking to fine tune the tunes in our current product range, those adjustments will also be done for free.
So if you buy a stage with 50 lbs injectors and find out that idle is to rich but WOT is perfect then we will do a free adjustment for you.

Same unit is current for Bosch and Siemens so if your a group that want to buy tuned you can just buy 1 handheld and then buy licences.

Please ask if anything is unclear and we try to explain.

here are a lot of people that have a les or similar ref lash done one year ago, non VTECH DIRECTLY, for control skis.... we payed about700 usd some months ago + 300 for hardware+600 ear for license plus 600 for tuning.... the budget is 2200 usd.... it is too high for a stock ref lashed... you need to arrange for the new skis a retail price... in y case i need also to send the ecu to ref lash back stock.......

If you want a big market you need to think on these guys....

    Just to make this clear.
    Prices are:
300 USD sale price for first month for handheld unit.
600 for licence per ski, this fee includes 1 tune.(and adjustments in many cases)
    total of 900 USD.

If you already have a tune from someone else then you might need to send in your ecu since there might be "tuning protection", basically we need to flash the ecu back to stock.

If you recent bought a Tune From Jerry that is not a VTECH.SE tune then contact him with the details of the SKI.
