    Blowsion billet gas cap!!!!

    Blowsion now makes a billet gas cap for the octane. I called blowsion an they said it fits all polaris models. its pretty dope, its T6 billet aluminum

    It will NOT fit all models (different thread pitch), be sure to have him send it with the knowledge it may be returned.

    Hmmm Al, you diffinatly have a point. Maybe Randy has already got his hands on one, myabe he can tell me if it will fit my boat.

    What year and model do you have again? If it's pre 97 I know it will NOT work. I installed the carbon fiber fuel cap on my 97 and had to change the filler neck so the cap would fit.

    its pre 95. How hard would it be to change the filler neck?? How much would it cost. Im seeing a lil weekend project befor i head back to school in 2 weeks!!!

    theres a guy on ebay with a whole setup for 15.00 cap, filler neck and everything you need to convert it . ebay name is foulball

    The conversion is easy.

    Remove the filler hose and plug with a rag.
    Drill out the 4 rivets
    Fill holes with epoxy or silicone.
    Install new filler and install rubber seal and large nut.
    Remove rag and attach filler hose.
