the little stamp size filter in the pump ....

so now that I am learning more about my ski, a 95 sl 750, I decided to go over it piece by piece so it is solid next season. I found the little stamp size filter screen in the pump is missing!

Where can I get a new one and should I look further at anything for problems due to it not being there

    John Zigler to get one.

Randy says to make sure you have it installed to help keep proper water pressure. (not to mention it filters incoming water)

BUT, many of us have ran without it with no ill effect. Choice is yours.....

Some use aftermarket inline water filter/screens like the ones from the Performance online store,
I use it on my 4 stroke because of my intercooler,

There is a filter/screen at the top of your exhaust pipe. Brass fitting 3/8" hose attaches to. That's it.
