    1390 coming together....

An update on my 1390 upgrade....

Dad got the motor back from Lowell, said it looks great. Reeds spaced and stuffed, re-coated cylinder, freshly coated pistons, haven't gotten to see it myself but I believe my Dad when he says it looks great.
    Flame arresters ready to install
    JetWorks holeshot kit ready
    2 inch spacer ready
pump pressure relief kit early spring
stock plate with Jim's mod ready
    free flow exhaust mod ready...
    carbs re-jetted and cleaned

now I just gotta get the damn boat to my dad's so we can put this thing together!

    remaining projects:

    HO pump
    carbon fiber pump reinforcement
new impeller depending on where we want to go (holeshot vs. top end, or compromise)

I'm getting excited for spring even though it's sleeting outside right now!

If all goes well I would like to top 80 mph with enough juice out of the hole to beat the 4 strokers easily...that's the goal.

Drum Roll Please!!! Must be a good feling getting your motor back and ready to assemble

Don't forget to consider a pump pressure relief if you plan to go 80 mph

It's running!! Couldn't be there in person, but even over the phone it sounded like a BOSS!! Now for the HO pump and impeller and it's water ready....After break-in, 83 mph is the goal. Then I will adjust it for more balance in chop
