    Farthing Racing Kawasaki 300 Supercharger Pulley System

    First pictures of Farthing Racing's new Kawasaki 300 Supercharger Pulley System. The pulley system runs a double belt design, twice the belt surface as oem for more strength, different ratios available for more boost.

    Looks interesting have people been breaking belts in CC ? I have not herd or seen any in offshore yet. What's the price ?

    Very common to break in offshore events especially in long distances such as Karu Jet. The heat over long events puts strain on the smaller belt and causes it to shred. The belts become even more of an issue when you start putting pistons, ecu and more hp to them. Retail on the belt system is $899 and comes with couplers, idler, sc pulley & belts.

    sounds interesting but like you tommy yet to hear of any belt issues? whos doing the tuning on the different sized pulley setups?

    WOW!!! Thats good news! i`ll be the first to admit i was wrong.....I did`nt think you would have continued to make Kawasaki parts.
    Will these be available in the stock ratio?

    Ya, should one Belt break, it looks like there is still another one on the wheel to keep the Pullys turning. Kind of like having a back up Belt; but it's already in Service should it be needed . . .

    I was wondering how long it would take for something like this to happen. This is where Motec (or something else) would come into play.

    What ECU are you running with this setup? What Boost are you getting out of it? Also, were intake temps measured (stock) and what are they now with this pully?

    Any more detail would be great.

    funny thing is a few weeks ago i did get a call from some guys asking how to change a belt on a 300 as they just broke one, from memory around 30hrs on the ski, apparently he sprayed th eshit out of it with inox and killed it. thats the only one of heard of breaking.
