    Precision Paks Yakpak III

I bought one of these today to strap on the back of the FZS when I feel like chasing some snapper, bream (fish in Australia )etc..

I didn't want a whole esky rig on the back of the ski for a number of reasons.. mainly because I'm a catch and release sort of guy (so don't need a huge cooler) and usually only take home what I will eat that night (not big on frozen fish).. and another main reason is I didn't want something that heavy on the back..

So, while picking up some soft plastics today at the local tackle shop, this pack caught the corner of my eye.. large enough to take all the tackle I want.. a divider inside to keep tackle to one side and a few techni-ice sheets on the other.. loads of external storage and 2 rod holders (with room for a 3rd).. and most importantly.. nice heavy duty tie down point all around the base to secure to my ski

and all this for AUD $120

the light is pretty crap now for pics.. so here is a link to the dealers website with a nice video..

will take pics tomorrow of it attached to the ski..

get some pics up. I'm interested to see how it fits on the back of a ski? Is it heavy duty enough to stand up to the speed of the ski??

Heres a simple light weight alternative......I just carry the tackle in the front storage compartment......It just zip ties into place......

Make sure you figure out a way to secure the rods in the rod holders.......I use bungee cords....
