O2 bung install info?? - for Power Commander

Okay, I'd like to remove my pipe for a local welder to install an O2 bung for me while Dyno Research has my ski. But anytime I get in contact with a welder, they tell me they need more info for the jetski application ---> location, and double-wall pipe factors etc.
I could send it to Speedfreeks, but thats way the hell over in NY. Gotta be a way to get it done closer/local. I just need to learn all that's necessary to inform Joe Blow welder about this type of pipe....is our RXP pipe double walled all the way from begining to end? Is the bung welded only to the outter wall? This type of info is what I need to bring to a welder.

Me (and all who are waiting for the Power Commander device) thank you for all helpful info in order to get this done as painfully as possible

Pop a hole in the upper corner, pointing towards the motor, inside toward centerline, between the flex and the top nipple......Hole should be the size of the OD of the bung being used.....Hole should go through both pipes......Using a torch, heat the outer pipe around the rim of the hole and tap it down until it touches the inner pipe (less than a 1/4 down roughly)...TIG weld that seam....Let it cool, pressure test the seam.....If its all good, put bung in hole (it won't drop in) and weld perimeter....Let cool, leak check again....

Why don't you do the manifold like I did on my 06 rxp, I did it on a drill press at my work,
taped it for the Innovate O2 sensor and I has been working great,

Manifold is not a good idea on pre 08 skis as you have more chance of hitting the water jacket than not!
