There are so many factors well beyone all of these points. I race my 300 and it is definately known and I work on it myself so no need for a warranty...... BUT for a rec ski I highly recommend getting the GTTP. I will have it on every rec ski I buy. For the price, it does not take much at all to pay for it with normal dealership shop rates ranging 100-110 per hour.

It is a dealer in St. Louis and yes it is a Kawasaki Jet-Ski dealer.

I do not see anyone else posting about where to get a inexpensive warranty, good things for people to help them save some money.
I was happy with the deal, still am......if you ever need the GTTP it will pay for itself.

If you have any questions, call the dealer. Everyone tries to start crap on here and get off topic.

The first response was an off topic negative remark.

If you do not want to protect your investment and have no backup on a new model with almost no history........fine.

There are tons of people that WISH they had bought the GTPP on the 250/260's!

I NEVER buy a first year product without a factory warranty!

That's what it should cost from the dealer that's what I paid. And several others have paid the same

I am very happy with my purchase of Kawi warranties on my 250 and 260. Best money I ever spent. I would say by far! I have had some mechanical failures but warranty has been solid.

Since i purchased mine out of state im going to tell my local dealer i was offered the 48 month warranty from the dealer i purchased the ski from at a much lower price and see if he will match it.That way he will still get my service work and i will get the warranty at a much lower cost.Everyone should be happy that way.
