Question Tau Ceti vs Ocean Pro Vortex

As the title reads, lets hear your feedback on the two and the pros and cons and performance difference if any. I currently have OP right now but I think they may be a little restricting. Also I need some replacement bolts for the ones I have now and can't get anyone at Ocean Pro to answer any of my emails and no ones answers the phone for the past year. That's a different story. So what do you think about the difference in the two and if not Tau Ceti, what do you recommend or suggest?

    -Thanks

I'm running a pop-off about 32 PSI with 1 inch tau ceti's, on 44mm carbs, so I'm not sure how "free-flowing" they really are.

How do you like them, good throttle response?

They are ok for what I use. I need to use them because of the limited space in the STX hull.

If I recall correctly, once I added them I needed to drop a size or two on the jets over not having FA's at all (and also increase the pop-off). That alone suggests that are probably limiting the airflow more than I would have really liked (or expected).

At saying that, the quality of the materials and finish is very good.

I don't think initial throttle response was impacted (not that I noticed anyway).

    Cheers, Mal.

The biggest that you can fit. Try to measure the space as best you can. Mine are on an STX-R and it has limited space. You may have more room?

Yea I think the 2.5 should fit. There is a lot of room in there and the OP F/A are pretty big, maybe even bigger then the TC.
