    06 RXP Stage 1 Tweeked & Ready

My Stage 1 RXP has not been impressive so far. 7820 RPM @ 69.5.
After some detailed advice from the pros on this forum I have:

    1)Taken 2mm out of my 14/19R
    2)Removed the green nose cone
3)Reduced oil to the dipstick half mark
    4)Filled the Ride-Plate holes
5)Polished the bottom with Meguires Preimum Wax
6)Confirmed full throttle of the throttle butterfly

I am going out on Saturday and hope to see at least 72...

I think I have read this entire forum, any suggestions?

A little SC work and you'll be chasing 75MPH. Alot of SC options out there but most will benifit you much more with a better thur hull exhaust system,IC.

If you're short on cash I have a Riva/Vortec Impeller for $250.00 including shipping. This alone will help you out, though not as much boost as alot of the newer superchargers it would work good with your set-up.

Down the road you'll need a IC , Rear exhaust

What about the RIva SC impeller and housing can I add that to my current set up? Do I need to add injectors and a ECU to prevent a lean condition

No not with that Riva/Vortec impeller.you have a '06 ,the SC shaft has already been upgraded so no problem there. no problem with running lean because that impeller does not have the boost that the new chargers have there for don't need the fuel. The Stock IC will handle the pressure increase but won't perform as we'll as an aftermarket one. I'll even throw in a set of performance block off set for free.

it sounds like you are reffering to the riva stage 3 supercharger impeller and front housing. if thats the case then yes you would need 42lb injectors to add extra fuel (thats with your stock oem ecu). if you want to bump up the riva ecu you will need 50lb injectors because thats what the ecu is mapped for. and also you would need the valve upgrade kit for higher rpms. but the stage 3 impeller will work fine on stock oem ecu and 42lb injectors.

We run around Jumby Bay all the time, got some dangerous suken rocks on the North Side. 5 miles from there we run hard in a huge Mangrove Bay called Seatons full of narrow inlets and channels. Nothing like pulling through a 90 degree 20' x 600' channel at 65+. I try and post some pics this weekend. Can not wait to test these mods I did.
