    took the conversion out

Took her out for the first time today, As my normal break in period i heated it up to normal operating temp. and was ready to do some wide open throttles, The pull on the ski is wicked it's freakin unbelievable. Tried a pass sitting forward on the seat trim in neutral and full tank of fuel and i got a big buck after a few seconds on the throttle looked at the gps. it was right at 93 mph. at 8200 rpm's and the boost was at 17 psi. right at the buck point and afr's were at 10.1 with a 19/29 impeller. Tried another run same thing a big buck with in seconds right at 93 mph. like clock work, so i could not do anything past the buck i had to let off the throttle.

Now i have to do some repitching and try a different nozzle, I am afraid to see what this thing will do after it breaks in and i raise the afr's to it's normal 12.1 and run the rpm's at 8900 rpm were i want them to be and about 22 to 23 pounds of boost.

Now i will be in the tub relaxing my back.

Sounds like a nice ride you have there Jim. I bet that thing will go 100+ when you have it dialed in. Not sure what you ran for a nozzle size but that is the first thing I would look at for sure but good numbers for the first test and tune. The motor is still breaking in so it should loosen up as time goes on and it should feel even better. Good Job!
