I'd say that prop is too tall for your setup... What is the R&D nozzle 15mm+?? I don't think I've heard
    of this before??

The steering nozzle can drop your rpms. Check the VTS extension rod it may need adjusting. Recheck all intercooler piping. Take the BOV off and plug the hole. Get a R&D intake grate, sell the RIVA grate. The prop may need some bending, also after you check everything else.

    Welcome to the forum.
So your result is with OEM prop?
I read that you installed everything you listed except 15/22 prop and wear ring.

So you are still running the stock prop?? I misunderstood your first post.
If you install the 15/22, yes you will drop rpm further. A good place to start would be the BOV
