Moving from trailer to stand??
How do you guys with the large and heavy skis like mine move them from the trailer to a stand (and back)? 05 RXT

Push. this helps alot - http://www.westmarine.com/buy/produc...d-rollers.html
just make sure your ski is strapped down tight to the trailer, because there will be no friction between the ski and bunks after using this.
connecting the trailer to the tow vehicle makes it alot easier too, the tongue won't life and the trailer won't move on you.

That is interesting, does it work well? I was having a hard time imagining myself sliding the monster back and fourth.

yup it does. spray the bunks down after every few launches and it will remaind slippery.

Good stuff. Than one person can pull the ski from the trailer to the stand by themselves?

Use a tie down strap & strap the cart to the trailer frame & you wont have to worry about holding the cart ... I do this with my RXT by myself with no probs.

the stand I will be making will have a manual winch on it A) to make it easier to move back and forth and B) to keep the ski from getting knocked off if something bumps it.
