2001PR 800 questions , jetting, block off plate , etc

Hello , bought a 2001 GPR 800 160 hours with a new motor, ( 130 compression ) paint , hull great shape. Going to premix , besides the block off plate , anything I will need to do ? 32 to 1 ratio ??? Installing a free flow exhaust pipe ( Riva ), and Riva ride plate and intake filters , will I need to rejet ? Will be installing the clips on the Power valves too. Kind of confused on the intake , stick with the stock ot aftermarket ? Nor looking for a speed demon, just something fun to ride
    Thanks
